While interning as a Textile Designer in London and studying for her degree, Siobhan found yoga and fell in love with the welcoming community that came with it. With a background in dance and passion for fitness, it was the yang element of Power and Rocket yoga, combined with the creative dance like flows of Vinyasa classes that got her hooked. Rocket and Power classes allow the development of strength, flexibility and cardio, while also leaving you feeling lighter, and more mindful. It was through a dedicated practice that Siobhan discovered a deeper meaning to yoga, and was able to find clarity in life both on and off the mat. Immediately after starting yoga Siobhan knew that she wanted to train as a yoga teacher. After admiring the teachings of The Yoga People graduates she eventually signed up to complete her 200h teacher training with her yoga gurus Jamie Clarke and Dulce Aguilar of The Yoga People, training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the rebellious Rocket Yoga, “bad boy yoga”. She now practices many styles of Yoga including, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin, Rocket and Dharma Mittra, which influence her teachings. With a strong, fluid and dynamic practice; be prepared to build heat and reconnect with your body as you let go, quite the mind and flow to the movement of breath.
